Content Management

All our sites are based on our proprietary Grouptools content management system (CMS), which allows you to have complete control over your content in-house, with the incorporation of X-Standard’s WYSIWYG (‘What you see is what you get’) editing tool ensuring that all content added to the site is compliant with web standards, while allowing consistent styling through the application of styles we have designed for you available in a simple drop down menu and the selection of templates designed especially for your site.

Our simple tree structure allows you to see how pages are organised within your site at a glance, and pages or whole sections can easily be moved, rearranged or deleted. All changes are reflected in the website menu structure and updated in the breadcrumb trail, page headings and page title (appearing in the blue bar at the top of the browser). Pages are assigned icons to help organise and group pages of certain types.
