All of our equipment is covered by our comprehensive maintenance agreement ensuring that any defective components are replaced within a fixed period of time depending upon the level of managment required. This can range from 4 hours to just 20 minutes.
Server connectivity is verified every 120 seconds by our worldwide network of monitoring stations and your IT team can be alerted by SMS in the event of a network problem being detected.
Our hosting solutions are fully bespoke. We appreciate that no single solution will be right for everyone so we look at each dedicated hosting request individually in order to match match the hardware and support services to your specific requirements.
